Privacy Statement

We will, at all times, value your privacy. We will not, at any time, pass your details onto any third party for any use whatsoever. The only details we keep about you are those details provided by yourselves, when ordering or registering.

Under new laws it is necessary for you to register an account with us before you can place an order. We do not pass these details onto anyone else. We will, from time to time, mail you with details of our special offers on our website. We will not email you with details of anyone else's products.

Postage Charges

England, Wales and Southern Scotland - Orders Under £70.00

All orders up to 25kg, which can be packed into one container, will be subject to a postage charge of £5.50. For orders weighing over 25kg, or requiring more than one carton due to bulk, we reserve the right to charge a further £6.00 per each additional 25kg or carton. Deliveries are made via Carrier on a next working day service, or Royal Mail Services. We endeavour to despatch orders within 2 - 5 working days. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery you will be liable for all reshipping costs.

England, Wales and Southern Scotland - Orders Over £70.00

For orders weighing over 25kg, or requiring more than one carton due to bulk, we reserve the right to charge a further £6.00 per each additional 25kg or carton. Deliveries are made via Carrier on a next working day service, or Royal Mail Services. We endeavour to despatch orders within 2 - 5 working days. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery you will be liable for all reshipping costs.

Everywhere Else

Postage will be charged as per the table below. During the order process, all customers are requested to read and confirm that they agree to our terms and conditions. As such, it is deemed that all customers have read the conditions regarding postage and agree to pay the charges below. Deliveries are made via Parcel Force on a 48 hour service, or Royal Mail Services. We endeavour to despatch orders within 2 - 5 working days and will endeavour to advise by email despatch details. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery you will be liable for all reshipping costs.

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will advise you by email and suggest:

1. We will deduct this item from your order and you will not be charged for it,
2. We will advise a similar alternative,
3. We can delay the shipment of your order until it is in stock, or
4. We can ship any out of stock items at a later date, at cost to yourselves, the cost of which will be advised.

We will contact you so that you can advise which option you would prefer.

Should you order goods in error, or decide that you do not want the items you have ordered, they may be returned, at your expense, within 14 days of the goods being delivered and signed for. EasyBrew accepts no liability for loss or damage during return transit. Confirmation of posting is not guarantee of delivery and items should be sent via a "signed for" service. Alternatively, if you contact us, EasyBrew can arrange for the goods to be collected at cost to yourself.

EasyBrew will then effect a refund, less the original postage charges, and collection charge if applicable, within 30 days of the goods being received by EasyBrew.

Should any item have been opened or used, they will not be eligible for a refund. Special Offer items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or faulty.

In the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of signing for the goods what items are damaged. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and will replace at our cost.

If we are not notified within 24 hours we are unable to place a claim with our shippers and will not be able to replace the goods.

If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for our carriers to collect the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item has been returned we will despatch the correct item.

If you believe any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of signing for your order and we will look into the matter and despatch any missing items. If you do not contact us within 7 days of signing for your order it will be deemed that the sale has been completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
